Privacy Policy

RepMonkey is a workout tracker. To make it work we need to store your workouts and your account, and that's about it. This page explains exactly what we collect, why, and how you can delete it.
1. Who we are
RepMonkey is made by Pixel Bear Studio, a small team based in Dallas, Texas. "We", "us" and "our" in this policy mean Pixel Bear Studio.
Questions about this policy or your data? Email us at repmonkeyapp@gmail.com.
2. Data we collect
Account
- Your email address, a unique user ID, and the way you signed in (Sign in with Apple, or email and password).
- If you use Sign in with Apple and choose "Hide My Email", we only ever see Apple's private relay address, not your real one. We don't store your name from Apple.
- If you sign in with email and password, your password is handled by our authentication provider and stored in hashed form. We can't read it.
Profile
- Your app preferences, your level, and your workout streak.
- If you choose a profile photo, it stays on your device. We don't upload it.
Workout data
- The routines you build, the exercises you log or create, and your sets, reps, and weights, including your history and personal records.
Purchase status
- If you subscribe to RepMonkey Pro, Apple processes the payment and RevenueCat tells the app whether your subscription is active. We receive your subscription status, not your payment details. We never see your card number or Apple payment information.
Website waitlist
- If you join the waitlist on repmonkey.app, we store the email address you enter. We use it only to tell you when RepMonkey launches.
3. How we use your data
- To run the app: sign you in, show your routines and history, and track your progress.
- To sync your data across your devices.
- To handle subscriptions: unlock Pro features while your subscription is active, and restore it if you reinstall or switch devices.
- To email waitlist members once, at launch.
- To reply when you contact us for support.
We do not sell your data, and we don't share it with advertisers or data brokers.
4. Third parties
We rely on a few services to run RepMonkey. They only receive the data they need to do their job, and each has its own privacy policy:
- Supabase hosts our database and handles sign-in. It stores your account and workout data. Supabase Privacy Policy
- RevenueCat manages subscription status and entitlements. RevenueCat Privacy Policy
- Apple provides Sign in with Apple and processes App Store purchases and subscriptions. Apple Privacy Policy
- Google stores the waitlist signups from our website, which are collected through Google Apps Script. Google Privacy Policy
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep your account and workout data for as long as you have an account, so your history is there whenever you open the app.
Delete your account in the app
Open RepMonkey, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, and confirm. This permanently deletes your account and all of your workouts, routines, and records from our servers. It can't be undone.
Can't open the app?
Email repmonkeyapp@gmail.com from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.
Waitlist email
Email us and we'll remove you from the waitlist.
You can also ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, or to correct it, using the email address above.
6. Children
RepMonkey isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.
7. Changes and contact
If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll also let you know in the app or by email.
